Cyberpunk 2077 Version
Operating System
Militech Berserk
The only official Berserk implant from Militech available on the market, but an exceptionally fine one at that. Its genius lies in being nano-powered, making it highly suited for regenerative purposes. (No quickhacks. When activated: reduced weapon recoil and sway; increased melee damage and armor; increased health and stamina; defeating enemies heals a little.)
Frontal Cortex
Heal-On-Kill
A combat implant that regulates hormones and regenerates Health after an enemy is defeated.
Limbic-System Enhancement
Cyberware that supports the part of the brain responsible for aggression and fear response.
Visual Cortex Support
A brain mod that improves perception and targeting.
Ocular System
Kiroshi Optics MK.3
Kiroshi optical cyberware is a widely popular suite composed of elecro-neural enhancements with environment-scanning functionality.
Low Light/Infrared/UV
Allows user to see through low light conditions as if normal light as well as see through fog/smoke as if minimally obscured; can distinguish hot metal from cold metal but cannot see through anything that provides cover (doors, walls, etc).
Auditory System
Level Damper
Automatic noise compensation. Nullifies effects of loud noises such as deafness or hearing damage.
Radio Scanner/Music Player
Oh shit oh fuck she can't hear us she has her air pods in! Can scan all radio bands in use within a mile and tune in to them. Music player can connect to the internet and stream or play off of internal storage/Agent. This cyberware cannot scramble or descramble a signal.
Circulatory System
Adrenaline Booster
Helps the body maintain performance when under great strain.
Biomonitor
An implant designed to coordinate regenerative processes.
Second Heart
Corrects one of nature's greatest flaws by giving you a new lease on life. (One (1) extra life.)
Immune System
Cataresist
Hybrid cyberware that protects the body from the inside out.
Inductor
Invigorates the immune system after receiving an external high-voltage stimulus.
Contraceptive
What it says on the tin.
Nervous System
Reflex Tuner
A coprocessar that supports decision-making processes in emergency situations. (When low on health reflexes and reactions are much faster.)
Maneuvering System
A subprogram that enhances nervous system function. (Allows mid-air dodging.)
Integumentary System
Supra-Dermal Weave
Reinforces the bond between skin cells, making them extremely hard to penetrate. (Immune to bleeding.)
Subdermal Armor
A major hit on the armor market for decades.
Skeleton
Bionic Joints
Mechatronic musculoskeletal support. (Reduces weapon recoil.)
Synaptic Signal Optimizer
Enhances the body's natural resistance and performance.
Hand
Ballistic Coprocessor (Right)
A coprocessor with an integrated servomotor system. (Directly links the user's optical implant to weapon's system, offering real-time data-tracking.)
Big Knucks (Both)
Armored knuckles for punching hard. Can be concealed.
Legs
Lynx Paws
A leg modification that softens the sound dynamics of movement.
Fashionware
Lead's Show-Off Nails
Allows the user to change the color and/or print of their nails freely via an app on their Agent.
Cyberpunk 2045 TTRPG Version
Neuralware
Neural Link -- Foundational Cyberware
Wired artificial nervous system, requierd to use Neuralware and subdermal grips.
Chipware Socket -- x2
A single socket installed in the back of the neck that allows quick installation of a single piece of Chipware, of which there are many varieties.
Interface Plugs -- Wrist
Plugs in the wrist of head that allow the user to jack into and make use of Smartguns, Cyberdecks, heavy machinery, and drive vehicles with no hands. Multiple installations allow users to be plugged into multiple things at the same time.
Kerenzikov
Adds +2 to Initiative rolls. (Reaction time improved.)
Memory Chip
The standard for data storage. While installed into a Chipware socket, the user's cyberware can store data on it or access stored data on it.
Skill Chip (Handguns)
While installed into a Chipware Socket, a Skill Chip makes the Skill it was made for trained for the user at +3. (She's really good at using handguns.)
Cyberoptics
Cybereye (x2) -- Foundational Cyberware
All following options are installed in an artificial eye that replaces a meat one.
Chyron -- Both
Projects a tiny subscreen into the user's normal field of vision for messages, video, etc, from a user's other cyberware or electronics. Picture in a picture for real life.
Low Light/Infrared/UV -- Both
Reduces penatlies imposed by darkness and other intangible obscurement, like smoke, fog, etc. to 0. User can distinguish hot meat from cold metal but cannot see through anything that could provide cover.
Targeting Scope -- Right
User gets a +1 to their Check when making Aimed Shots. (She shoots good.)
Teleoptics -- Left
User can see detail up to 800m away. When attacking a target 51m or further away with either a weapon's single shot firing mode or an Aimed Shot, you can add a +1 to your Check.
Cyberaudio
Cyberaudio Suite -- Foundational Cyberware
Cyberaudio Suite is installed invisibly in the inner skull.
Radio Scanner/Music Player
User can use an Action to scan all radio bands within a mile that are currently being used and tune into them. Music player can link to the Data Pool to listen to the hottest music or play directly from a Memory Chip. Understanding scrambled channels requires a Scrambler/Descrambler.
Level Damper
Automatic noise compensation. User is immune to deafness or other effects caused by dangerously loud noises, like those produced by a flashbang.
Internal Body Cyberware
Contraceptive Implant
Prevents unwanted pregnancy.
Enhanced Antibodies
After stabilization, the user heals a number of Hit Points equal to twice their BODY for each day they spend resting, doing only light activity, and spending the majority of the day taking it easy until returning to full HP, instead of their typical rate. (She heals realtively fast but this shit ain't magic.)
Subdermal Armor
User's body and head are armored at SP11. Whenever the user successfully completes a day of natural healing, nanomachines present in the Subdermal Armor repair both the body and head location of the Subdermal Armor for one point of its lost SP. (She basically has body armor under her flesh that makes it hard to seriously wound her.)
Decentralized Heart Chromebook #1 pg. 37
Don't put your heart on the line. Replace it with synthetic implants that disperse the chambers, main arteries, and main veins to three areas within the torso. This cuts down on the critical damage done by a single wound. With this implant, a player adds 2 to Death Saves caused by torso injuries. (Super hard to kill via torso injuries.)
Cyberlimbs
Cyberarm -- Foundational Cyberware (Right arm)
Replacement arm.
Subdermal Grip (Right)
Subdermal plate under the palm allows user to make use of Smartguns. A cost-effective alternative to Interface Plugs. Can be installed as the only piece of Cyberware in a meat arm. Requires Neural Link.
Big Knucks (Both)
Armored knuckles. Medium Melee Weapon. Can be concealed. Can be installed as only piece of Cyberware in a meat arm.
Tool Hand (Right)
Fingers contain screwdriver, wrench, small drill, and other tools. Can be installed as only piece of Cyberware in a meat arm.
Fashionware
Lead's Show Off Nails Chromebook #3 pg. 34
Introduced in 2009, these little babies worked just like the original one-pattern Turn-On nails, but they could display a programmable, repeating pattern. A series of 20 patterns could be downloaded from any PC or deck right into the pen. Like the Turn-on Nails pen, it would be twisted until the proper pattern was displayed; then the pen is touched to the nails. These patterns ranged from the club utech-dazzle" style to soothing oceans and earth tones. They come in and out of style every few years.
